Recent Visitors to Seattle

Auntie Michelle went to the pumpkin patch/petting zoo with us the weekend of October 12th. We also went with Braden's best buddy Marcus and his parents. They had a blast and the sun came out for us.
Grammy and Grampy Bartley came the next day and stayed with us for 1 1/2 weeks. I am sure they went home and rested well. A small house with 4 adults, 2 big dogs, and a baby can exhaust anyone.
Thanks to everyone, Grandma Campbell too, for all your help this past month!!

Halloween is coming...

Mr. Colin sure is growing like a dandelion. He is up to 12lbs 1oz as of today. He really, really likes to eat. He continues to be a mellow baby, that loves to be held and rocked and of course fed. He isn't a big fan of cold diaper changes though. He loves car rides and falls asleep as soon as the engine starts.
Big Bro Braden loves his Halloween costume and is looking forward to being a firefighter. He called Nana, Grandma, and Auntie Michelle on his walkie talkie yesterday. Well pretend called them. He made sure they all knew that Mommy is cooking dinner and Daddy was at work helping the sick people.
Last night was a little hard with dogs wanting to go out in the middle of the night, baby feedings, and Braden crawling into our bed at 3:30am. Poor Daddy was out of bed at 5am. I am afraid he didn't get too much sleep last night. I hope its better tonight. ;)
ps these picts were taken yesterday.

Okay, so I lost track of how long its been since I updated the blog. But we are back! And we've had an addition. We are now up to 4 people and 2 dogs in the Campbell household. Welcome Colin Robert!! Here are a few pictures to share with you. He has been a wonderful baby thus far. I've had to wake him up to nurse the last two nights. Mommy and Daddy are so excited to be getting a few hours of sleep at a time. Go Colin!!!

We are all adjusting well. Braden is so excited to be a big brother and handeling the transition with flying colors. He gives his little bro kisses and hugs, and he loves to hold him in his lap. He helps to get his diaper ready too. I have never seen such pure happiness in his eyes as the first time he saw little brother in the hospital. It was a smile to warm your heart. He even sang Happy Birthday to Colin yesterday for his 1 week old birthday.

Braden's also showing us his talents at indoor playground by shooting some extraordinary basketball hoops. This kid's got skills. Every sport he loves. He's even been copying Ichiro's swing on the TV. I mean really copying it, like the shirt tug at the shoulders and all.
